Rebecca Louise Law is currently displaying an installation in London, North Greenwich within the NOW Gallery. The Iris installation is set up at the gallery from the 3rd March 2017 up to the 7th May 2017. It consists of 10,000 fresh irises that are suspended mid-air with copper wire and will appear to float within the gallery space.
If you are hanging around within the area, it is definitely worth a short stop by. The irises hang mid-air around half of the gallery space when you enter the gallery. Everyday is almost a new day for the installation because of how alive the piece is - The live irises change and slowly dry out more and more each day. It could also be worth visiting more than once to observe the changes in the piece itself.
